Mrs. Michele Breiten was admitted to Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites for continuation of care after a prolonged hospital stay.

At arrival she was on a ventilator and dependent on staff for all mobility and activities of daily living. With active participation in Physical and Occupational Therapy services, Mrs. Breiten has made consistent progress to increase her strength and endurance and is now capable of managing her activities of daily living and functional transfers with minimal assistance.

Encouraged by her progress and being able to stand and take a few steps again, Mrs. Breiten is more motivated then ever to continue working hard with therapy to achieve her ultimate goal of returning to the community to live on her own again.
