Mr. Kenneth Roof, a retired Air Force veteran, was admitted to Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites for continuation of care after an extended stay in the acute hospital. At arrive he required an increased level of care for all daily activities due to a significant decline in strength and endurance. He presented with difficulty performing all mobility task and activities of daily living due to his recent decline.

With active participation in Physical and Occupational Therapy services, Mr. Roof has regained his strength and is now able to independently complete all functional transfers, walk with a rolling walker, and perform his daily selfcare routine. His positive attitude has been infectious to those around him and motivating to others during their recovery.
