Mr. Robert Santilli was admitted to Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites for continuation of care after being treated at the hospital for pneumonia.

On arrival he was significantly deconditioned and lacked the strength to be able to get out of bed on his own. Through active daily participation in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services, Mr. Santilli has made great progress to achieve all his therapy goals and regain his strength and endurance.

He is now capable of independently managing his selfcare routine, activities of daily living, functional transfers, and is walking at a community distance. Mr. Santilli has been a pleasure to work with and is now set to return to the community living on his own.
