Ms. Arleen Goughler was admitted to Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites for continuation of care after being treated at the hospital for a GI disorder. On arrival she was significantly deconditioned and lacked the strength to be able to get out of bed on her own.

Through active daily participation in Physical and Occupational Therapy services, Ms. Goughler has made great progress to achieve all her therapy goals and regain her strength and endurance. She is now capable of independently managing her selfcare routine, activities of daily living, functional transfers, and is walking at a community distance. Ms. Goughler has been a pleasure to work with and is now set to return to the community living on her own.
