Ms. Siminoff came to Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites following a fall accident.  Upon admission, Ms. Siminoff relied on staff assistance to perform all basic task, including getting in and out of bed, dressing, transfers, and assistance with walking.

Driven by her determination to regain independence, Ms. Siminoff was engaged in her rehabilitation journey, working closely with the facility’s dedicated physicians, nursing, and therapy team on developing a custom treatment plan.

We are excited to announce Ms. Siminoff has successfully returned home to be with her sister, a testament to both her unyielding commitment and remarkable care delivered by the team at Green Valley Health and Wellness.
